I just finished removing my fuel pump internals to check if I had high pressure internals or not. After everything was successfully reinstalled I received an engine code of p2006 (intake manifold runner control stuck closed bank 1). Anyone know the solition??

I have never had this. From a quick search, it looks like the imrc solenoid is in front of the hpfp. Can you make sure you didn't pull off the connector or any possible hoses?

I actually was driving today and the cell went away. Self fix I guess. Thanks though man. I’ll still check.

This is the most asshole CEL(s) I've ever had. I actually somehow get the trifecta. P2004 VTCS shutter valve stuck open, P2006 VTCS shutter stuck closed, P2009 VTCS solenoid valve circuit low input. I did the trick a while back where you remove one of the screws to the valve at the end of the runner and bent it so the plunger goes in all the way. But after I replaced the motor they're back and I can't figure it out either. I'll probably change the VTCS box that goes on the intake manifold. All else fails I'm throwing in the towel and whenever I get my AP and tune I'm just gonna disable the damn codes forever and remove the VTCS.

I have a gen 1 stock manifold with everything in working order for the price of shipping it's yours. I can post a for free ad if needed raider.
