I’m having an issue with my 2006 mazdaspeed 6 I just recently got a Chaco engine light for a p2177 and p2187 which are system too lean on and off idek I don’t have much done to the engine modification wise other than the coob 93 octane hipo tune and a cold air intake. Does anyone have any insite on this before I just go buying parts? I’ve heard it could be so many different things like an o2 sensor, vacuum leak, MAF sensor, some gaskets. I’m really not sure what to look for if someone could please give me some expertise on this I’d really appreciate it.

Clean your MAF sensor and check all your hoses and clamps on intake side first. Both of those codes can come from dirty MAF or vacuum leaks. Do you have a AP or other means of reading codes and checking data values?

Did the o2 sensor fix your problem? I have the same issue. Thank you.

doesn't matter if readings are good for MAF, or not for clean your MAF, clean it. could be bank 1 O2 sensor. What's mileage on the car? Failed PRV could do it, any fuel leaking near intake manifold (under it) could be leaking or failing injectors (doubtful but could be).

once this is sorted please upgrade your HPFP internals yes an intake can cause ZZB on the speeds (gen1 less so then 2).
