    So....

    @xfeejayx and I bought a 6 in February to build as a no holds barred autocross racecar.

    Much of this is heavily influenced by @phate and @MS3brohanna , but it is a seperate build and diverges in some major ways from what they're already accomplished.

    Here's a brief rundown of the progress:

    Things done to the MS6 worth posting about:

    · UMHW Solid Subframe Bushings
    · Delrin Steering Rack Bushings
    · RU Poly Control Arm Bushings (noting selective use of rear bushings)
    · Front top hat spring seats
    · Rear spring adjusters
    · Extra caster through UCA bushing adjustment (TSB)
    · Extra caster through shifting the LCA’s (TSB)
    · 8 cell LiPo Battery
    · Alternator Rec/Reg replacement.
    · Bilstein valving/internals & bushing/bearings
    · Rear suspension findings
    · God's Rear Sway bar
    · 10x17 wheels with spacers
    · lowering
    · Cherrybomb exhaust dump
    · cabin air filter
    · Racing Belts
    · Custom Endlinks

    o VVT replacement

    Any interest in posting a how-to on Bilstein valving? I've read through their manuals, but they're cryptic to a non-engineer like me. They list all kinds of different shim stack combinations without any information about them at all, plus I don't know which procedures are even applicable to my shocks which are the 36 mm ones and inverted in the front. Heck I don't even know how to pressurize the gas chamber on mine, I'm not sure if it's even designed to be serviceable. It seems like black magic to me, but having Bilstein in CA screw up my valving made me more optimistic that maybe a little trial and error is part of the process.

    It's in the works. The short version is- you need special tools and parts, which is why it's not very accessible to your average wrench-happy mazdaspeed owner.

    Rota 5zigen knock offs. They were on the 3.
