I have the quik latches on my other car, they are super awesome!

My only reccomendation is to make sure you pick the correct lb springs for the bumper.... They can get a little flappy on high speeds otherwise.

 

I'm using the 10, and they work well. No flapping. Also depends on how wound up you get em, too.
