I never, ever thought this would be a thing again. But it happened. A few members of mso and general community ordered parts they did not receive. Turns out the order then went through an MSO Approved Vendor, New Age Auto Parts. Nate at NAAP has kept me up to date in his request to get paid for said parts, never happened, people did not get their stuff and filed PayPal and credit disputes with Virtue Motorsports. Sadly, the members could have saved a headache by buying from the MSO Approved Vendor, NAAP.

Virtue is NOT an Approved Vendor here.

Support your Approved Vendors, Tuning Vendors, and Grassroots Vendors. Tell them you see them here!

Wait so several people ordered from Virtue Motorsports and didn't receive their parts after VM took payment. Then what happened? This says "Turns out the order then went through an MSO Approved Vendor, New Age Auto Parts" which seems about as clear as mud.

Virtue has zero parts in house it seems. They take money, get parts from companies, who then ship to customers. In this case, people ordered parts like JMF manifolds from Virtue. Who ordered them from NAAP, who ordered from JMF. But NAAP was never paid by virtue who took payment from the customer.

If the customer ordered directly from NAAP, they would have gotten their parts.

Ah the life of a drop ship company. Sadly becoming very common.
