Yes I'm lowered. The rear fenders are rolled flat, no pulling.

245/40 DZ102's, has a slight stretch to them which is fine cause id like to sit a tad bit lower all around.

This is just the thread I have been looking for. I am thinking of getting a set of 18x9 +35 with a set of 255/35R18. From the other wheels and specs it seems like they should fit. According to willtheyfit.com they will be 2mm closer to the struts and 39mm closer to the fender. Any advice?

Yeah... cant complain about rpf1's. Super light and the 17x9 with 255's is a perfect fit! IMG_20151111_151145.jpg

I like RPFs alright. It's just that they're so ubiquitous. I see them all.the.time. I like having an little more individuality than that.

They are lighter than most things out there and strong and somewhat bug her friendly. That's why so many people have them. Personally I care about performance over individually

Yes, I know. And I like performance too. But it's just that you see them EVERYWHERE. That's just a little too much for me personally. I'm happy with my wheels' looks/performance/and non-ubiquity.

Anytime I hear people want to be "different" I think of this.

Meh, that's one perspective. But that fork doesn't do what it's meant to because it's mangled beyond the ability to perform its job; my wheels aren't bent beyond recognition, and they work perfectly. And 20lbs as opposed to 25lb stockers is a nice difference, though not as light as RPF 1s, granted.

They're just faaaaaar too common for me (so much so that they're stereotypical) and I'm very pleased with my wheels. I see them all the time. That's why this thread exists, LOL. And not just on Speeds. I see them all the time on other cars too. It's the same reason I love having a CBM Pu (the rarest of all Pu colors). I like having not just another Speed with another set of RPFs, but that's just me. Different strokes, I suppose.

Oh I didn't mean it as a knock against you. There are plenty of good other options out there. I just think that pic is funny and think of it when people say they need to be unique

It's all good. No offense taken. If it were me and I had my heart sent on Enkeis, I'd probably go with these:
    upload_2016-2-27_20-35-40.png
5 twin-spoke design instead of 6 twin-spoke design. I'm not sure, so I'd have to guess, but appears they'd be even lighter than the RPF-1s since they have fewer spokes, and you don't see them nearly as frequently...

The PF01s actually has better offsets available that is more of a match with our cars, but they are not lighter than the RPF1s. A 17x9 RPF1 is a pound lighter than a 17x8 PF01. If the RPF1 was available in 18x8 +45 or +48 or +50, I would be all over it. Unfortunately, that wheel doesn't exist and I might have to go with a PF01 if I ever upgrade from my stock wheels.

Are you sure? I saw some data that said the PF01s are lighter in the same size (though I totally could be wrong). Also, the PF's come in a +40 offset, which is just about perfect for lots of rim/tire choices on our cars.

I am sure based on the current size charts for both wheels on Enkei's website.
