Will the traction bar be a one-off deal since it looks pretty permanent with the welding or is there bolt on thick bracket that cups around the control arm and using the existing holes to use bolts in the works for production also?

For example like that big hole closer to the frame mount, there could be a thin solid bushing with a hole for a thick bolt like a motor mount and use the other remaining holes for more bolts and you could have the extended tab like you have here for the heim joint

Just speculating I don't know a whole lot about the geometry needs for this to work. Great stuff though you've been busy!

I built two kits to be tested this season. They will be weld on. Also they will be used to support a ballast plate that will carry alot of parts. As for a bolt on option on the gen one at least. It's have to somehow use the crash bar mounts as a support as there's no way to "bolt it" onto the frame rail with enough Support. As for the control arms we went with this for the car but we decide to make more we have an idea that will use the two existing threaded spots on the top of the control arm.

The primary goal is to just keep any play at all out of the control arm section, preload it. Naturally the wheels want to point out pulling the control arms during the 4st 60 ft and launch the most. We want to prevent that as much as possible to keep the tires strait and help with having full contact patch on the launch.
