I'm trying to rebuild my transmission (2012 Mazdaspeed 3 - A26M-R) but I cant even find any actual gear components online, just seals and bearings which I do intend to replace. Is there even support for these transmissions or must I rely on rebuild shops or buying used transmissions, which I would rather not... My transmission shifts fine, but after letting my friend learn manual in my car, it's making whining noises in gear during acceleration and engine braking, only audible at low speeds and no radio on, worst in 1st and 2nd, not so noticeable in the other gears. Also, 1st gear sometimes does not go in all the way and I have to fiddle with the knob forward and back until it goes in. 130k miles Brand new clutch and fluid (I had to replace it because my friend toasted it). Anyone know how I can rebuild it or do I have to buy a used transmission?

I know speed solutions sells the brass shift pads, witch is most likely your problem.

Check your cable adjustment. If you replaced the clutch after your friend toasted it the cables may need to be readjusted.

Absolutely this is quite common had to fiddle with it to get it going properly after the engine swap.
