I see no issue unless you have a shit ton of blow by and at that point any plate won't help.

I should have the ps hose brackets up for sale shortly. I am testing out some different polishing methods using a vibratory tumbler. I should have more info by the weekend.

I also forgot to mention that I am building a fixture to hold a stock mazdaspeed intake manifold on my cnc mill so I can start offering cnc ported intake manifolds soon.

I am intrigued by the EBCS bracket for EGR delete kits.

It is a great location, proximal to the turbo/boost lines needing to be connected.

I'm curious, @Adapted_Performance , have you tested this location yet to make sure it doesn't create false knock? I had a buddy mount his EBCS somewhere on the engine (I forget where, exactly) and was have horrible KR all of a sudden. Come to find out that the EBCS clicking on/off was registering as knock. He moved it, and problem solved. I suppose just using an o-ring/grommet/etc., in mounting the EBCS there could solve any potential issues by absorbing the problematic frequencies, if any are transmitted from that location.

im going to be doing something creative with my boost controller and I am quite pleased with myself on it too.

I have SS braided lines going to my wastegate from boost source on my IC piping above my HPFP which I am using AN fittings with the hoses as they wont ever leak or dry rot and leak like a rubber line will. I am not using my EBCS now, but I made a second SS line to go 3 port interrupt and put AN fittings on my EBCS and I was stressing about mounting, but I came up with the great idea of simply fixing the EBCS directly to the AN fitting on the cold pipe with a Dual Female AN coupling so my EBCS will be in place right above HPFP and the wiring already reaches there and I don't have to fab any brackets or worry about making stupid long SS Braided lines to run the EBCS somewhere else.

I suppose there is a possibility of this. I appreciate you mentioning it. I wonder if you can get me more info on your buddies setup. with how noisy our injectors and hpfp are, I know our knock sensor has a very specific frequency range.

I've ordered up enough material to make 50 sets of the egr delete kits. Going to be a fun project to cut all these out. Also got a drag engraving bit for the mill so I can engrave my logo on these when they are ready to go. I'm holding off on making the brackets for the ebcs mounts until I do some testing with the prototype.

I would in for that EGR EBCS mount.

So it'll mount to my existing EGR Delete?

Will be testing an ebcs with a rubber isolator mount on the brackets. Should keep from causing false kr and also add some thermal protection for the solenoid as well.
