2012 Speed 3 Starts then Dies

Howdy everyone! I have a 2012 speed 3 that has a rebuilt motor (I bought the car from copart with a spun rod bearing and spent a year rebuilding the engine).

Been running good for about a month. One day while driving it, the car stalled out. It would crank back up and run for about 10-15 seconds, then die again. Did some testing to see what was killing it, and noticed that fuel pressure drops from 400psi to 0psi. I did some further digging and noticed that the fuel pump relay was not getting grounded at the trigger. I traced that pin from the relay all the way to the PCM connector and ensured I had resistance (indicating no break in the wire). Is it safe to assume the PCM is shot and not grounding the fuel pump relay? Please let me know what you guys think. She has new HPFP internals, OEM Mazda ITFP, OEM spill valve, and sonic cleaned injectors.

(P.S. I tried jumping the wire for a bit, just to get around in the meantime, and the wire actually melted. I don't want to do anymore bypassing or jerry-rigging. I want to fix her up proper.)

Is it just me, or does it seem like everyone is starting to have fuel pressing sensor and fuel pressure relief valve failures along with spill valves failing... Which all of those have been very uncommon until late.

That was one of the issues I had with my car recently and many others in the last couple months.

PRV seems to go in waves I think it's the age of the car, spill valve is probably a mileage thing coupled with the old rotella use
