Thought I'd share links to replacement greasable bushings for those of us with JBR sway bars (or any 1.25" rear sway bar) that has broken a mount. I know JBR sells the billet ones for $80 but for about $23 these can be had at Advance Auto Parts or any local parts house that has Energy Suspension replacement products. So if you're in a pinch or don't wanna pony up the $80 for billet and wait on shipping these are a great solution. The Energy Suspension part # is 9.5165R.

    Advance link - http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...hing+-performance&zoneAssigned=1&prefZC=37912
Energy Suspension application chart - http://energysuspension.com/products/Sway-Bar-End-Link-Bushings.html
    Hope this helps!

Another good (though not exactly cheap) alternative:

Hotchkis "Style B" billet brackets (various sizes available):

    http://www.jegs.com/p/Hotchkis/Hotchkis-Heavy-Duty-Billet-Sway-Bar-Bushing-Brackets/1437228/10002/-1

Hotchkis 23291125 1-1/8" is the one you want if you have a solid Corksport bar or other 1.125" or 28.5 mm bar.

Hotchkis 23291250 1-1/4" is the one you want if you have a JBR bar or other 1.25" or 32 mm bar.

I believe Amazon and Summit also sell them.

I have been using these for about 2 years with my CS bar and have nothing negative to report about them.

I have one of the first Hotchkis swaybars and the brackets it came with were really beefy. Still snapped one. They sent a pair of new ones. Now they do not even make em. Went to the billet kind as well. Seen pretty much all RSB brackets of the above style snap at some point. It is a billet kind of thing is my guess. Face it. we just have way too much power.

Looks like the same style as the AutoZoners. They need reinforcement, that is a fact.

Any review on these in terms of durability?
My Cobb bushings are shot and these look like a decent replacement with 2 year warranty.

I don't want to go back and change them out if they're going to last 3 weeks since I might as well shell out the extra cash to get JBR's or Hotchkis' bracket and do the job once

I usually got about a year out those before the brackets would break.

Well, I broke a Hotchkis again. It failed first after a few years. Then remembered I cracked one last year and used a spare they sent me. Lasted a year. I think it's the hard parking.

Here is the clunk discovered today. Got JBR ones en route.

Tail of the Dragon last year, that's it.

The bracket could be great, but the welds are low effort.

@Raider those welds are really weak. I just snapped a factory end link but that is after 2 1/2 years of abuse, autoX, track days etc..

It's just a stamped and bent piece of metal with some welds. If it was on both sides, I bet it would have kicked ass.

I guess there is a good reason why OEM brackets are beefy as hell.

They have a very small rod to hold.

Looks like Energy Suspension replacement may not be a bad OEM replacement option, although I find I can usually get next day delivery from mazda, so my question is how much are the OEM ones.

    Same here, I'm excited!

1.25" on Hotchkis. Same as JBR so I grabbed em.
