Update...
Well I'm back on my feet, recovered with full range of motion! I'm just thankful it wasn't much much worse!!
I'm a impatient kinda guy.. As soon as I could go back to work. The hunt for a roller started.
I kept seeing all the mica black speed 6's getting bought and parted out. It was really bumming me out, and weighing on me that I might not find another one without shelling out another 5 to 7k for a running one. And the only ones I was seeing that had a blown motor and was selling for cheap was on the east coast.
Too far for me.. I had a limited budget of $1500. to fnding another sexy mica black one in or around colorado. It was a real challenge. So I settled on a mica cherry speed 6 roller. And got it at the price range I needed it. So i made it work.
Got it for $1100. Came with some goodies but had a over heating issue.. guy said he thinks he blew the headgasket while racing someone in a tunnel in the mountains.

So I got the car back to my brothers and got started. Took a few pics on the way.
Moving a engine hoist with the engine and trans attached on dirt was hell. Lesson learned Lol
Ok, so before I got the roller. I had to periodically start the one that had rolled to keep the fluids fresh and seals good. Well the last time I ran it. After idling for about 30 mins with a few revs to 5 k after the fluids were warm. The car just died and would turn over. I looked at the ap and the fuel pressure was like 20psi while trying to start and eventually went to single digits. So clearly a in tank fuel pump issue.
So when I got around to switching the custom hellcat in tank fuel pump over. I checked it out and found the small hose between the pump and the fuel basket had ripped. I don't think the fuel line was rated to be submersible in fuel. My bad on that one. So I got the proper in tank fuel line and repaired it. Grabbed a couple pics.
Got it running. Then jumped back into it to finish everything.
At this point it still needs
-cat back switched over
-rear end switched over
-gauges installed
-remote start installed
But she's running in the new shell!!!
