    I put a mig gun tip in that line. .035. Made 18.49 psi. I believe the issue has been found.

    Yes. I guess it was blowing through the ebcs through the turbo housing back into the intake until I gave it 12 v

    Yes. Feeding air into what would have been on the intake . The air cake out of the intake until I gave it 12v. Then it went somewhere...

    Ok so it did change the sound of the air. I guess going. Through the system instead in the intake but the actuator arm did not move
