    Hi, I'm new here
    I have a 2008 Mazda 8 2.3DISI MPV with an overheating issue.
the Fans work with A/C no problem
if driving normal with out A/C the fans turn on at 102'C/215.6F and slow where as they should turn on sooner
the thermostat opens at 82'C/179.6F which is correct, so now i have to drive with A/C constantly
its mainly when also driving up hills on load

I have replaced thermostat, temp sensor, water pump and rebuilt the motor due to also oil consumption
    if anyone could help,

Welcome to mso. If I recall correctly 215f is about the correct temp for fans to turn on, our rad fans turn on higher than you'd think they should.
