Blow-by Symptoms

Hi folks,

I have an issue with my current motor where I find my TIP leaking oil, and I also find oil in my intake. The engine does have a compression issue (200 / 145 / 145 / 200), so I'm wondering if this is just blow-by symptoms - if nothing else. My K04 has less than 15k miles on it and I have the 01-002/11 Service completed.

I'm very new to these things, so I was just wanting to learn more about blow-by symptoms. Is there a comprehensive list of common things to look out for?
