Has Anyone had this issue before my hpfp is making this horrible noise and im having code P0089 "Fuel pressure regulator 1 performance"
    -Auto Tech internals
-Hpfp Act Press wont go above 200-300 on idle.
-Ive replaced the pump with another oem one same noise and stuttering going on.

    Mod list
    -Fmic
    -CS boost controller
    -Headers
    -Catless downpipe
    -CS injector seals
    -Auto tech hpfp Internals
    -----------------------------------------------
If someone has had this same issue and can maybe give me insight on how to fix.
    Thank you!

@Enki had used the e85 safe rebuilt kit from corksport cleaned pretty good then that didnt work so i bought another oem pump slapped my auto tech internals in there and same result

@Enki think it could be the hprv? but idk if that will stop that roudy noise

It's probably the internals. Check them for scoring inside the collar and on the piston. Wouldn't be the first time Autotechs have failed (mine did originally).

Also a basic test would be to see if the noise happens with the stock HPFP internals in place or not. Perfectly safe to drive on those without boost, even on full E85.

Don't recall; had pressure issues for sure though. Also you don't need to mention me every time, I see when the thread is updated.

Stock hpfp internals will be fine to run and diagnose just don't try to floor it
