When attempting to remove the hose between the compressor housing and wastegate on my CST4 I broke the fitting at the threads. With my 3 port ebcs, I just need to seal the hole that the fitting was in. Originally, I just needed to remove the hose and put a vacuum cap on the fitting. Is there anyway I can just thread something in the hole to make a seal, as there doesn’t appear to be any gasket on the hose fitting, only the threads.

you should be able to block it off, i had the same thing happen to me. headed down to the local autopars store and i was able to find a cap to block it off.

Was it threaded or did it just press into the hole?

There's a swagelok in Chicago, they should have an AN male plug, ideally that's what you want, you could even take the turbo in and say you need a plug for that hole and they should measure it for you (if you haven't already done so). Atleast that's been my experience at swagelok when I've needed fittings.

Edit: they should even have a replacement fitting for you so you don't have to block it
