Fueling Issue

So a few weeks ago while the car was warming up it started to stutter then stalled, started again and immediate stall. I decided to re-flash the map for the hell of it and it worked, car ran as it should. Then about 300-400 miles later the same thing happened as I was pulling away from a traffic light the car shut down again. That was fun waiting for the re-flash to complete sitting in traffic. Once again it worked. But the situation keeps repeating and now with more frequency. I was able to get a log when it started happening again the other day in my driveway. I've thought about possible throttle body failure, not sure if it's a tune issue, I've been running the same tune from Freektune for about 3yrs now with no problems.
