    This town has been great to many, and they need our help. Got a lot of info from locals, and I hope everyone can pick a way to help:

    For anyone interested in getting involved helping with the wildfires in Gatlinburg;
    •Sevier County Humane Society are looking for help.
    SCHS needs help at the Sevier County fairgrounds setting up cages/kennels and taking donations they are also looking for any dog kennels, crates, cages that can be borrowed to help house animals. They also need animal related donations such as food and cleaning supplies. The barker lounge I Sevierville is also housing animals and in need of donations for food and supplies.
    • Red Cross is also in need of monetary donations and anything that can help families who've lost everything and the emergency services who've been working. You can send donations at the PF Fire Hall Station 1.(3229 Rena Street, PF) Red Cross is not looking for UNTRAINED volunteers. You can also donate $10 by texting "REDCROSS" to 90999.
    • The Knoxville Expo center in Clinton is also taking donations for families, pets, and emergency workers. You can contact them for more information at (865-919-8114) or (865-686-3200)
    • Northview Academy is also accepting and delivering donations
    • Ryder Vehicle Sales is also accepting donations at 7509 Strawberry Plains Pike in Knoxville
    • Toys for Tots will have a sign up for victims and their families. The Toys for Tots phone number is (865)254-3911. Donation drop off is 2719 Northview Academy Lane in Kodak
    • Clubhouse Ministries has set up 2 drop off locations in Seymour for those wishing to help wildfire relief efforts. They are collecting items and donations at Food City and Kroger in Seymour.
    • And you can also donate to just about any ministry in the area.

    *source for this is WBIR so all of these are legitimate ways to help. If you know of other places or events helping please comment with as much detail as you can and remember to be Leary of gofundme accounts!
