Newbie here. I have a 2010 MS3 with about 114K miles on it. I bought it used and have owned it for a year. I am not a mechanic, just an owner. I've had a local reputable shop do a lot of work on it to back out some poorly done mods by the prior owner, and to replace worn out parts. I'm happy with his work so far.

My shop has replaced the entire exhaust system (back to OEM), the transmission and clutch, the turbo (another ko4) & ebcs, and the bypass valve assembly. That all went well and helped restore the car to a good level.

Recently I decided to do a Stage 0 Kit that Chris Ward sells with HPFP internals kit, Accessport, and a Tune intended for a bone stock MS3.

I had a mechanic from the Mazdaspeed community install the HPFP internals, and that went well. But he noticed on the AP that I am only making like 8 PSI boost at the most. I monitored the AP after that for a while and that is indeed the case.

I'm wondering what would be the correct troubleshooting steps to figure out why the boost isn't more, and what the likely culprits might be. I tend to think that the Turbo and EBCS should be OK since they were recently replaced.

There's no Codes, no CEL, and nothing obviously wrong.

    Any input is much appreciated!

How did you install the tune and where did you get the tune from? You need to take a log and post it

I uploaded a log I took here. I did not install the tune yet. I received a base map to install, but am holding off installing until the boost issue is resolved.

The boost issue has been resolved. The root cause was a faulty wastegate actuator. We replaced it, as well as the ebcs and the turbo inlet pipe (which had a small tear). Boosting like a champ now. The turbo itself was fine. It has less than 10,000 miles on it.
