How big exactly do you need? Like in inches?

 

I measured at 62cm and on a hat sizing chart that's size 7.75 or 24.25".

 

I am struggling to get a hat that size from my available options.

Honestly it probably easiest for my to buy a hat that fits and have it embroidered local. I assume it's not a problem to get the logo file

In the past I have had hats that "fit" but the arc on the brim is still cut for a much smaller head

 

Unfortunately, hat designer who is our shirt guy, has also created it all. I can't get it. I'm working with him though on possible options.

 

Our guy is checking his supplier to see about hats for the giant domes.

@Enki @Easter Bunny, I got a new hat option for you big heads.

The hats will still be black, but....
• Sizes:
• Small/Medium: 63/4" - 71/4"
• Large/Xlarge: 71/8" - 75/8
• XXL - 73/8" - 8"

 

fuck i need to measure my head, last i knew i was over an 8 i found out that these things existed and have gone to snapbacks.
