**Disclaimer these parts may work for other turbos but I have only installed them on Precision's turbos.**

I know this will work with Journal Bearing and Ball Bearing Precision turbos. I've made these lines for a JB 5858, JB 5862, BB 5858, and a Gen2 BB 6266. Make sure the oil feed is on top and oil drain is on the bottom. I had to clock my turbo from PTE to have the orientations be correct.

    Okay so oil feed first:
-Coming off the block for the feed get a M12x1.5 to -4AN adapter fitting to thread into the block. I put a dab od RTV on the threads to prevent leakage (make sure to give ample time to dry before start up)
*Russell AN to Metric Adapter Fittings 670440
    http://www.summitracing.com/oh/parts/rus-670440/overview/

-Coming off the fitting on the block get this 36" braided stainless brake line with -4AN female fittings on each end, one end having a 90 on it. Just route this the best way you can with your mani just try and keep it away from high heat areas the best you can. You have 35" of line so you should have plenty of slack to route it anywhere you need.
*Allstar Performance Braided Steel Brake Lines ALL46402-36
    http://www.summitracing.com/oh/parts/aaf-all46402-36/overview/

-Now we need the fitting that goes from the line to the turbo. I got a -4AN to 1/8 NPT straight adapter as I put the 90 degree bend on the turbo end of the oil feed line. I have the line routed where the red line goes now. Pay no attention to where I had it when I took the picture.

That sums up the oil feed. I usually throw a very little bit of RTV on the threads of everything other than the turbo because I wouldn't want to give PTE or any other turbo manufacturer a reason to reject a warranty claim should you have one.

Now for the Oil Drain Line:

You'll need a -10AN turbo oil drain fitting to bolt to the turbo. You can get this from Summit too but its 26 bucks and on eBay its 10 so your choice.

(Picture in case the eBay listing gets taken down)

Now you need the -10AN straight fitting off the turbo flange. I used a straight, I've seen a 45 used too its what ever you think you'd prefer. I tightened the hose end onto the turbo fitting before putting it onto the turbo. There is the bolts that hold the compressor housing onto the CHRA that gets in the way if you try to install the -10AN hose end with the oil drain adapter on the turbo. Just make sure a flat side of the -10AN straight fitting is facing the compressor housing so it clears that bolt.

    http://www.summitracing.com/oh/parts/vpe-21010/overview/

Next get yourself some -10AN (5/8") hose. I like nylon braided hose. I have seen normal radiator hose used and then it cracked and started leaking, granted that was after 50k miles but still I don't like it (and it looks like trash) I ordered a bunch of it from eBay but you only need about 8 inches for this. It is usually sold by the foot.
*1 Foot Black AN10 Nylon And Stainless Steel Braided Fuel Oil Gas Line Hose -10AN
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Foot-Blac...ash=item1a07638119:g:2YUAAOSw3ydVoMgR&vxp=mtr
(Again, picture in case the eBay listing gets deleted in the future)

Now we need the -10AN 90 Degree Hose end to go to the block for the drain line.
*Vibrant Performance Swivel-Style Hose End Fittings 21904
    http://www.summitracing.com/oh/parts/vpe-21904/overview/

Lastly we need the fitting to bolt to the block so the -10AN 90 can bolt to it to drain the oil back into the oil pan.
*Vibrant Performance Swivel-Style Hose End Fittings 21910
    http://www.summitracing.com/oh/parts/vpe-21910

Oil drain should look like this when you're all done assembling it. If you have any questions on how to assemble AN fittings with braided hose watch this video from Summit Racing (video: ).
Very helpful. I usually just tongue the shit out of the fitting to give it some lube ;).
(Don't worry about the blacked out oil line in the picture, that was the one I was replacing and it was horrid)

    Happy modding!

Nice write up. Just wondering what size bolts you used for both flanges to bolt up to the turbo/block??

Why pay someone else to make a profit when I can put them together for myself. And now you can too!

The bolts for the flange on the turbo come with the adapter and the bolts that are used with the oem drain line for the stock turbo. I just reuse them.

Is it for a pte turbo? If so just call them and ask what the threads are. I think they are m8x1.25 but I'm not positive. Take the turbo to home Depot and test lol. Report back when you find out.

I already have the Kozmic lines. I picked up the turbo kit from someone who never installed it so I wasn't aware of the price for the oil lines.

Is it worth being noted that feed sizes should be -3an for PTE BB turbos and -4an for JB PTE turbos?

I know it can get confusing and the majority if I recollect goes by it this way.

I know that was one of issues I ran into with the DBB running the -4 asides from obvious other issues.

I mean if you want to. I know my gen2 6266 is BB and was run with a -4 feed line and never had an issue.

@Patrick Martz , awesome right up man and I gave it a shot on my own but ran into one problem. The 90 degree fitting you have listed is the wrong part number. I ordered it not thinking g anything but when received it was a 4an. So I double checked it and sure enough it was a different part number. The correct number for summit racing would be http://m.summitracing.com/parts/vpe-21910. Maybe you can edit the part in you OP other than that it was great and easy to do. Thanks.

    @Patrick Marts
Does the oil feed you mention in the OP work for top mount setups as well?

The fittings will be the same for the turbo and block. But I don't know if the feed line will be long enough and idk what kind of fittings or length of line you'll need for the oil drain. Top mount manifolds are pretty rare so it's hard to get an oil line kit that will work universally.
