****If you have ANY questions about the instructions, do not proceed until you contact RaiderFab! There is a chat option on raiderfab.com, email raiderfabusa@gmail.com, or message on social media, PRIOR to drilling holes or making any modification which cannot be undone.****

Out of all the things I've done to my Speed in the almost 3 years I've owned it, this may have been the most put off thing, but also the easiest. Ordered my kit from Raider this past weekend and it was here pretty much next day from when he shipped it, so big shout out to him. This is my first "how-to" so be gentle, I also don't consider it a how-to but more of a general guide because if ya'll are anything like me you don't follow directions anyways

    Time required: maybe an hour?

    Tools required:
    Drill/Impact
    Phillips bit
3/4" step bit (I grabbed a 1/4"-3-4" step bit from Autozone)
    10 MM wrench/deep socket
7/8” wrench/socket (I used an adjustable cause plumber)
    Masking tape
Liquid teflon (Not necessarily necessary but you'll get it ) ( OR provided threadlocker)

    1. Open yo box and stare at dem goodies and wonder why you waited so long to do this
    IMG_0524.jpeg IMG_0525.jpeg
    2. Remove your bumper which should be pretty easy considering why we’re all here, I just popped out the top two Phillips head bolts that mount the grill to the radiator support and she more or less falls off
    3. Apply masking tape to the front and backside of the bumper in the general area where you’re going to be drilling your hole for the Quik Latch socket, this SHOULD keep you from potentially cracking your paint
    IMG_0529.jpeg IMG_0528.jpeg
    4. You’re going to want to drill out the bolt hole on the mounting bracket so it’s large enough that the 10MM nut on the mounting post will sit flush on the metal bracket BEHIND the shitty plastic one. I tried it without doing this step first and it did not work, so trust

    5. Thread the included 10MM nut ALLLL the way on to the provided 35MM mounting post (the longer one) and then thread the post into the factory headlight mounting location like in above picture until hand tight and then give it one or maybe two ugga duggas (below picture is what nut should look like on post)
    IMG_0526.jpeg
    6. Take your liquid teflon (again cause plumber) or provided threadlocker, and put a lil dab on the head of the post. Set up bumper how it should fit and press it firmly in place to mark on the backside of the bumper the location of the mounting post (you may have to back out the post some to get your location figured out)
    IMG_0531.jpeg IMG_0530.jpeg
    7. Use your step bit and start a small hole from the backside and then finish it from the front to again avoid possibly damaging your paint. Pop the Quik Latch socket it in from the front and tighten the nut with your 7/8” wrench/socket or adjustable from the rear. If it doesn’t latch you just have to find the sweet spot by backing out the post and retightening the nut. It’s 2024 no more saggy bumpers boys!
