    Where is the rest of the diffuser? Guessing it is cosmetic and not fully functional.

    It is an option for those who have those exhaust surround issues, though. Local Lexus kid had one like that on his IS. Was racing and the wind caught it, pulled it right off the bumper, haha!

    His dropped down below the bumper and did not diffuse, but dragged. Cheap ebay shit tho. Yours has mounting tabs and such. Post up the install!
