My situation will be a bit long to type out and describe, so I'll try to keep it relative to each section of the Troubleshooting Template. Bear with me, and I apologize if it looks like a pain in the ass.

    Year/Make/Model: 2013 Mazdaspeed 3
    Mileage: 79,800
    Location: Palm City, Florida. 7'

Concern: Fuel Trim/ECU Tune. STFT pops from -14% and up to +29%. LTFT seems to stay from +14% to +17%. I may or may not be a complete idiot being that I'm entirely new to data logging and what parameter ranges to look for on this car, but if I'm not mistaken, I don't seem to be running lean with my A/F actual outside of when I'm decelerating. If anything, I seem to run rich when giving it decent throttle. I have no idea if it would be possible to tell but if it is, I need to know if the car appears to have a factory tune, or if it is possible the tune that was supposed to be on it still is and there's just other issues causing such wild readings. I also know that I have a boost leak that I need to hunt down once I actually finish with my move - I'm between houses right now - but I'm not sure whether its bad enough to throw it so far out of range. Its somewhat audible and starts leaking after a certain threshold (when the stock gauge hits between 4-2 vacuum), but otherwise seems okay for the most part if I just drive lightly. The car ironically runs really well, believe it or not. My top suspicion right now is that its leaking from the BOV, like from the cap sealing o-ring or something. The area that the leak sounds like its coming from in the cab is exactly where the BOV is.

DTC's: P0069 for MAP; P0101 for MAF "A" Circuit Range; P0421 for Cat Warmup Efficiency (I have a catless DP, so.)

Modifications: JBR SRI/TIP, upgraded TMIC (Looks like corksport from what I can tell), TurboSmart Supersonic BOV, 3" Catless DP, 3" Catback exhaust. Allegedly has HPFP internals but I have not confirmed - The housing looks relatively new though, so I'm praying its not some ebay BS -

ECU/Tuning Software: Car was tuned with a v3 AccessPort, but the AP was stolen out of the car while still with the seller. The tunes it had were supposedly for 91 Oct and another for E85, so I assume it had to have been some sort of custom tune or at least an OTS+ like what freektune offers. This is why I ask if it is possible to tell whether it is still running one, being that if the person that stole the AP actually had a brain, they would have unmarried it and flashed the ecu back to factory. I bought a v3 the other day and only have not hooked it up for this reason, since I'd rather it run a tune that accounts for the mods until I get everything worked out with it to get my own tune done, rather that wipe the ecu and be forced to run some OTS tune that does not match what I have.

    Tuner: N/A
    Is the concern intermittent? No
Can you duplicate the concern? Yes
    Recent Repairs: N/A
    Correction:

These logs were just casual driving as I went out to get food. I take it really easy on the car being that I know there's a couple issues I need to address, but I did practically go WOT in the second driving log in case there was anything outside of the stupid low boost level that might be helpful data-wise.

Only way to verify hpfp internals it to actually pull them and look.

Are you checking ltft at idle with AC off and at cruise? Because that can cause a variation as well. Have you done a boost leak test? That's where I'd start.

As for logs just attach the csv file to here, how are you logging without the accesport?

I know I need to get into the pump to verify the internals. Once I get to my next house and actually have use of a garage and all my tools, that'll be one of my main priorities. I plan on redoing the o-rings for it at the least, along with injector seals and some other gaskets just for peace of mind, but my oil also smells like fuel.

No, I have not checked lftf at with ac off at cruise, if I do it at idle though, it stays practically in normal range, -6% to -2%. I'll probably look into that tonight

For logging, I'm using versatuner free with a Datalink SX cable and converting it to csv

So hopefully this works right, these are all the csv files that I uploaded to datazap.me. The warmup log is exactly that, started recording it literally as I keyed on and let it go until it was at least close to operating temp. The idling log I ran for a minute after getting the warmup just to it would have its own parameter ranges at idle, then the driving ones were taken as I went out to grab a couple things, so they're all from the same run is what I'm saying.

So I just recently had a whole STFT/LTFT issue with my car after changing some parts. I ended up needing to replace a couple of sensors but my basemap calibration was a little off as well. My car is running great now and I am currently working on my 93 tune with my tuner.

That being said, it seems like you have no current tuning solution for this car and its a mystery as to what the ECU is using for a map? Is there more to this story? How did you come into this situation with this car?

If it were me I would be getting some kind of tuning solution and getting the car tuned to ensure everything is dialed in.
