Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking of placing an order. I placed an order back on 3/21 for two end links. On 3/24 received message saying items would ship in 3-5 business days. No updated since so I sent messages on 3/31 and 4/4 asking for an update and no replies.
As Im surfing through facebook today on one of the car pages I follow it seems I am not the only one experiencing this as there were quite a few people complaining about the same exact thing. Tried calling dealer directly to cancel and after 4 calls of playing call roulette it seems I may have finally gotten someone to cancel the order as he said he would forward my information to the GM and he or someone should be reaching out to me but will wait and see.
Just know that if you place an order it may be a while before you get anything. I just want to cancel and take the drive over to my local Mazda dealer to get the parts.

Did you order from tasca.com or getoemparts.com? know others have ordered from tasca in the past without issues now that doesn't mean things don't change

I ordered from GetOEMParts.com but in the email I received when I placed the order towards the bottom it says this: Your review will help us continue to improve and help others feel confident about choosing Tasca Parts.

So they are one in the same. I called the Tasca Automotive Group directly in Rhode Island to cancel the order as that was the only way a few people on FB have been able to do it, they simply are not replying to messages you send through the website and if you try and call the parts department it says they are currently not taking calls in a recorded message.

I had to call and select sales to get to a human but I haven't heard back from them as of yet and currently order still showing as "In Progress".

I have placed orders with GetOEMParts.com in the past with no issues and quick fulfillment of orders but all it takes is losing a manager and replacing said manager with someone who isn't on top of things and service can go to shit quick. Since I'm not the only one dealing with slow fulfillment at this time I would avoid them at least for the time being. Just my .03 (adjusted for inflation)

Things are getting rough for OEM parts across all brands. A fellow co worker has a WRX (2015) which needs a new engine. The ETA on his new engine is June. It was ordered back in December.

It's bad enough that GM is selling cars now without all the features unlocked because of chip shortages. Eventually they'll get the modules in and we'll have to install them under warranty. Of course they aren't lowering car prices to reflect that as well.

Why didn't you just get some aftermarket end links or go to a local Advance/AutoZone?

After reading basically shit reviews on all the aftermarket end links I decided best to go with OE. The closest I found people being happy with is the Moogs but even some have replaced them quite early albeit under warranty but who wants to keep doing that shit over and over even if you are getting free replacements? Once they cancel the order I'll just get a set from my local Mazda dealer which the GMs kid plays soccer with my brothers kid and he told my brother if I ever needed anything to let him know. Just have to get his name when I call in. The issue that creeped up with the MS3 no longer picking up the key with the proximity antennas is something the dealer will have to figure out, so might just get them to do the end links while its there.

BTW local dealer says they have them at the warehouse and delivery is next day.

The order was never canceled and never received replies to messaging but after 17 days it showing as shipped. Now to get some rear endlinks.
