Every spring is tested and cleared before being packaged and sent out from Germany. Reduced body roll and improved handling is to be expected.

    H&R designs all Sport Springs to provide excellent ride quality while still allowing the drop on the vehicle between 1.5” and 1.8” on average. Wheel well gap is reduced for a much cleaner, aggressive stance. Center of gravity will drop allowing less body roll and improving the car’s ability to handle.     Balanced Ride and Handling:
    The front struts of the CS Coilovers use an inverted monotube design. What this means is the gas and oil portion of the strut is rotated 180° of a typical strut. While this may seem strange, it offers superior strength and reliability. When coupled with spherical pillow ball mounts instead of the OEM rubber mounts, you get a coilover that is ready for some serious driving

    Performance Focused:
    The CorkSport Coilovers use 7K front springs and 8.5K rear springs.     Based on vehicle specifications, the rebound damping is adjusted by a spindle at the end of the piston rod. Mainly, the traction phase (rebound) controls car body vibrations and influences handling and comfort in the low-speed damping range. By using the traction phase adjustment, the vehicle can be fine tuned to the requirements of the driver.     ISC Suspension warranties its products to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and material for 5 years.

    All ISC Suspension products with the exception of Brakes are covered by a limited 5 year warranty that is NON-TRANSFERABLE. The Warranty is limited to the United States and Canada. Professional installation is recommended with all products to avoid the warranty becoming void due to improper handling and or installation. This limited warranty covers Bolt-on components such as bottom mounts, top hats, camber plates, and shock bodies. It also covers shafts and internals such as seals, fluids, pillow ball mounts, and leaking shocks 2 years from the purchase date. Parts and REBUILD labor are covered under the warranty however shipping is not covered.

    ISC Suspension Bolt-on Components: Lower Mounts, Locking Collars, Spring Seats, Spring Gaskets, Top Hats/Camber Plates, and hardware such as studs and bolts. All Hard Parts have a 5 year limited warranty.

    ISC Suspension Shafts and Internals: Thrust Bearings, Pillow Balls, Jetting Assemblies, Shaft Seals and O-Rings and O-Rings Seals, Piston Shafts, Shock Absorber Internals; Oil and Fluid & Shock Absorber Gas Leaks. All Consumables carry a 2 year limited warranty.

    ISC Suspension’s 5 year Limited Warranty does not apply to the following:

    1. Any products that are used on public roads, highways, and or government maintained roads or non-motorsport roads or tracks.
    2. Any products not purchased through an authorized ISC Suspension dealer. Dealer List can be found here: ISC Suspension Dealers
    3. Any products that show abuse, improper installation, or collision.
    4. Any products that have been altered in any way.
    5. Seized Collars, ISC Suspension recommends using anti-seize on all collars to avoid this.

    We will not charge you 50.00- 100.00 to upgrade to a thrust bearing kit, these are a FREE upgrade on all ISC N1’s. This helps eliminate the chance of spring bind; a common side effect of running aftermarket coilovers.

    Front Camber Plates:

    When your vehicle’s suspension geometry allows (vehicle specific, please check our application guide) all ISC N1’s come with adjustable camber plates standard.

    Details:Designed with a wide range of adjustabilty, the JBR coilover suspension kit lets you ride to work and carve up the town in maximum style and comfort. Then, when the weekend comes and you're preparing to grid, fine-tune all four corners and transform your Mazda from a mean street machine into a corner hugging track beast. With 32 points of compression and rebound adjustment as well as being fully height adjustable, these coilovers are the only choice when it comes to use on the street and the track.

    The JBR front coilovers include camber plates machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for a sleek look and corrosion protection. They're then fitted with nickel plated steel adjustment plates with pillow ball mounts for smooth, quite operation that will last a lifetime.

    The front dampers are of a mono-tube construction with 32 points of compression and rebound adjustment. They carry a 24 month warranty and are fully re-buildable. The entire front assembly is height adjustable from -.5" to -2.95".

    In the rear you'll find another mono-tube damper also with 32 points of compression and rebound adjustment. Included with the rear dampers are upper mounts machined from 6061 aluminum, secured to the damper with soft yet very durable rubber bushings.     Adjustable Lower Mounts
    Most applications utilize an adjustable lower mount, which means height adjustability without losing suspension travel – a problem found in many coilover systems available today.     Protection Against Corrosion
    Steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc to resist rust and protect from the elements. The shock or strut valving for each piece is matched accordingly to the spring rate, giving superior ride quality and reliability.

    Superior Ride Quality & Reliability
    The Ksport system uses a Monotube design in which the oil and gas are separated within the cylinder. When compared to twin tube construction, the Monotube design dissipates heat faster and more evenly, allows finer damping adjustments, and requires more expensive design process.     Some vehicles have a separate rear shock and spring. In the coilover industry we call this a “hi-low kit”. In this case you will adjust ride height via the spring. Adjustable lower mounts on the rear shock aid in setting the correct shock stroke. Vehicles with this type of set up can still go as low or lower than true coilovers.

    Adjustable Lower Mount Allowing Maximum Suspension Travel

    Camber Adjustment on Many Models
    Many of our applications that have pillowball upper mounts also have camber adjustability. This is extremely helpful when you need to dial in your camber for vehicle alignment purposes.     Pillowball Top Mount for Increased Steering Feel
    Many of our applications for vehicles with McPherson type suspension will have pillowball upper mounts. Our patented new bearing design helps combat noise while turning unlike many other coilovers on the market. Steering feel and response is improved with pillowball upper mounts.

    Monotube High Pressure Design Reduces Oil Leakage
    All of our coilovers use Monotube shocks which dissipate heat better, allows finer damping adjustment and requires a more expensive design process compared to twin tube shocks.

    Electroplated Body for Added Protection from Corrosion and Rust
    To help prevent corrosion and rust from the elements of nature, all our coilovers are electroplated with zinc. We also include an anti-rust paste packet with our kits that can be applied to certain key areas of the coilover for added protection.

    Dust Boot to Protect Damper Seal
    Dust boots are standard on all coilovers. We also integrate the bump stop inside the dust boot. This is more efficient and is less likely to crumble to pieces and deteriorate like other designs.
