Hey guys, I found a leak and it looks like its coming from the turbo. From the video, anyone ever see it leak from there or know what it might be?

Looks like pressure is leaking into the chra. Probably somewhat normal for a journal bearing turbo with no oil pressure. I'll have to check that spot next time I run a boost leak test

I have never notice a leak like that in that location. I hope that is normal.

Yes. It's not enough to cause an issue. When the S3v2s came out, a few people reported that their red rubber seals on the compressor side were not adequate and were causing a small boost leak. They fixed the issue by using some red RTV in addition to the rubber seal.

When clocking my turbo I found that the compressor side bolts were pretty loose. Bryan told me he does them to about 12ft/lbs. I reassembled the turbo and used 1 ugga along with some blue loctite.

I guess that is where I am looking a small amount of power. Glad to know it's not a major issue. Thanks for the input guys.
