Overspeed motorsports built long block, manley H beams, mahle pistons. 4.5k on the motor. Broke it in as recommended. Chain was a little loose, so it was tightened. Noise still there. Replaced the vvt solenoid. Noise still there. Rail valves are fine. Does anybody have this noise? Is it " just a noise ", or does anyone know what this noise is? Thanks.

The car runs fine, the noise goes away when rpms go beyond 2.2rpms. The noise only happens at idle at 2.2 rpms, not before or after. The noise happens while driving in any gear but only when little to no load is being added.

The video is a little distorted so the engine sounds bad. But you can still hear the noise perfectly fine. View attachment Movie 1_1.mp4

Have you ran the engine with the belt off to see if it is an accessory or an actual internal engine noise?
