I have a cx7 longblock in my ms6. There were no issues with the swap.
The oil feed for the turbo bolts to the block right in that area. It's a banjo bolt, could be slightly loose or have bad crush washers.
The ecm case is grounded. There are no issues other than noise/vibration if it touches the chassy.
Fuse would blow before you damaged the resistor.
