Figured it couldn't hurt to gather some data from various instances of how clutches looked/felt/acted given usages and mileage.
Please post your experience in the below format, so we can have an understanding of how they wear.
A few things I hope we will be able to get a gauge on:
    a) How long completely stock setups last before slipping, and what is the usage
    b) How long aftermarket setups last before slipping, and what is the usage
    b) If a clutch blew up/started slipping after a fairly short time, what was the setup and circumstances?

For the below, if you can tell that you put down certain power for X miles and then more power for Y miles, try to incorporate that.

    1) Platform: MS3 Gen1/2 or MS6
    2) Type of clutch/flywheel setup: Stock or aftermarket (if aftermarket, even if LUK, please state brand)
    Flywheel:
    Clutch:
    3) Mileage on the setup / mileage you put on the setup (power levels as well):
    4) Usage: (All street | Some track/drag | lots of track/drag)
    5) Does it slip in any gear? If yes, what mileage did it start?:
    6) Change in feel: (after how many miles of use did you notice a change in pedal feel and what was it)?
    7) If you changed it, post a pic of what it looked like at XYZ mileage:

I'll throw my data out to get started:

    1) Platform: MS3 Gen 2, 2 of them
    2) Type of clutch/flywheel setup:
    Flywheel: Stock for both
    Clutch: Stock for both
    3) Mileage on the setup / mileage you put on the setup (power levels as well): 1st car 100K/all mine / 2nd car 130K/20K mine. Both around 280-300WHP/300-350wtq.
    4) Usage: Some autox (3-4 events per year)
    5) Does it slip in any gear?: Neither car's clutch slipped.
    6) Change in feel: 1st car no change in feel / 2nd car around 120K started grabbing really high.
    7) If you changed it, post a pic of what it looked like at XYZ mileage: No pics yet, will post when replacing clutch.

    1) Platform: MS3 Gen 2 - 2011
    2) Type of clutch/flywheel setup:
    Flywheel: Stock
    Clutch: Stock
    3) Mileage on the setup / mileage you put on the setup (power levels as well):
133,000 miles (120,000 miles are mine)
    Approx. 225-250WHP/265-285wtq
    4) Usage: Street
    5) Does it slip in any gear?: Never
    6) Change in feel: No change
    7) If you changed it, post a pic of what it looked like at XYZ mileage: N/A

I've always heard that a clutch, if not abused, should last the life of the vehicle.

I love changing my clutch! /s

OEM: Stocker lasted about 5 years. Me learning the car, people driving - lasted longest believe it or not than the others, 60K-ish hard driving miles. I did not replace my first clutch - I had a buddy do it so I have no pictures but I was told the clutch was just essentially worn out.

    Clutch Two
    1) Platform: MS3 Gen2
    2) Type of clutch/flywheel setup: Luk Aftermarket
    Flywheel: Stock
    Clutch: Stock
    3) Mileage on the setup / mileage you put on the setup (power levels as well): drove off the lost with 23 miles - 100% stock
    4) Usage: All street...but I drive hard.
    5) Does it slip in any gear? If yes, what mileage did it start?: 2nd gear pop out, while unrelated to clutch I ignored it for so long (shift from 1 to 3) that it probably caused unneeded wear on the parts
    6) Change in feel: (after how many miles of use did you notice a change in pedal feel and what was it)? Started slipping at high rpms
    7) If you changed it, post a pic of what it looked like at XYZ mileage: I don't have much info on this one - my record keeping app took a shit and I lost the first 5 years of records - luckily nothing much happened in the first 5 years.

So technically this clutch was 100% and almost brand new. The issue ended up being a broken flywheel, the center race where the input shaft sits broke into a half-moon. That spun around and got lodged inside. Happened so fast and during a shift I actually snapped the pivot arm off while trying to figure out wtf was going on. I had no luck finding just the pivot shaft - a whole transmission cost me $500 on Ebay. This clutch I did myself.

Picture is blurred but you can see the broken part sitting on top.

    The clutch plate is immaculate.

    Clutch 2
    1) Platform: MS3 Gen2
    2) Type of clutch/flywheel setup: Aftermarket
    Flywheel: ACT Streetlite
    Clutch: ACT 6 puk
    3) Mileage on the setup / mileage you put on the setup (power levels as well): Stockish power - 34K-ish
    4) Usage: All hard street driving
    5) Does it slip in any gear? If yes, what mileage did it start?: Nope.
    6) Change in feel: 30K-sh miles
    7) If you changed it, post a pic of what it looked like at XYZ mileage: I completely worn the puks down. All 6 were essentially worn to the studs. I really couldn't tell a difference until it straight didn't work. I had driven to the grocery store, about 5 miles. I only found out when I went to back into a spot and.... no gears. Putting it in gear with the car off and trying to start was a no go. So I knew it was gone. It didn't last very long but I also kind of think that has to do with how the plate was designed. And maybe my elite driving skills, lol.

    Clutch 3
    1) Platform: MS3 Gen2
    2) Type of clutch/flywheel setup: Aftermarket
    Flywheel: Xclutch Chromoly Flywheel
    Clutch: XClutch Organic single sprung
    3) Mileage on the setup / mileage you put on the setup (power levels as well): 103,442K miles installed - Haven't tested what power I'm making - still stockish: APV3, CS SRI, EGR delete, cpe catted downpipe, ots Freektune.
    4) Usage: All hard street driving
    5) Does it slip in any gear? If yes, what mileage did it start?: I haven't driven much since I installed, last fill up I was at 104,957miles. Suspension issues keeping me parked.
    6) Change in feel: None
    7) If you changed it, post a pic of what it looked like at XYZ mileage: This is the current clutch in the car (shout out to L337TurboZ who had a extra on hand!!) No pics of the actual clutch plate....but its a clutch plate, complete no puks this time around.

See how long I can keep this one together.

SIDE NOTE: I am using a Gates slave cylinder for a MS3. The replacement Mazda OE one I installed at the same time as the clutch blew out after one week.
