1.) I cannot be expected to work before 10am
2.) I can take breaks anytime I want
3.) I receive a full years salary prior to start
4.) I will need a dental plan.

#1 we have 1/2 day fridays so you can get your sleep then.... We close at noon to make space for people wanting to have real weekends and go do stuff and things
