Does the shop have any intention to sell to the community?

I'm not sure. I haven't talked to them about it since the previous conversation. I would be surprised if they supplied to the community, like as a product they offer but I think you might be able to get a set made if you were to talk to them about it.

The shop is R&W race engines, and their number is 610-486-0883.

It's a father/son operation, and both are named Ron haha. Really cool guys and will know me and the build if you mention it. ---my name is Andrew by the way. They have no idea who Sixual panda is if you say that to them hahaha

Anyone looking for another solution, using some OTS parts, Mazworx makes a 1/2" Kit for the Nissan Pulsar GTi-R that works for our blocks.

Price? I've pieced together a 1/2" kit out of ARP stuff for $150.

    Dang, that's 12.7mm! LOL. Maybe a tad overkill, even at 800whp? :D

Damn and I just bought the SP ones but feel safe knowing they've been tested.

The machine work to take the block to 1/2" is not cheap. I am able to do it myself for free so it's different for my situation. If I didn't have the resources I do I'd of gone the way you did, this is just cheaper for me.

Awesome. Looks to be pretty similar to the kit I've pieced together then.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but from the Mazworx website it says this HS is good anything over 600whp, I also read your post about yout views on headstuds and their respective torque specs that this particular headstud can go over 800whp+ because that is my goal.

I'm just curious if there were any issues on the 100ft/lbs torque on the headstud nuts? Or what are the process of torquing it down? Do I need to do 2-3 of passing and loosing the nuts till I reach it? Thank you very much.
