@AYOUSTIN how serious are you about making the model to get a tb adapter made? Im thinking about pulling the trigger on this tb if it can help bring the turbo on a little sooner. Im going to increase my wastegate spring from 14psi to 21psi, so that plus going down to 2.5” cold pipe should bring it sooner along with potential pre-turbo meth im hoping to hit 21psi by 3000 rpm.

If you're willing to throw me a few bucks and can get me a dimension for bolt spacing I can draw it up when I get home from work.

More than willing to provide $.

    Its 64mm x 64mm and bolt holes are 5.5mm

Should taper from 72mm to 67mm and i think 25mm thick would be nice, it could add a little plenum volume at least.

Simple enough. The bolts are probably m6. I'll be home in a couple hours.
[doublepost=1516340547][/doublepost]It is done. 67mm to 72mm, uses an o ring (Mcmaster pn 5233T171) on one side so you don't have to run two gaskets. I could o ring both sides or add holes for meth nozzles but then the piece would require extra setups in the mill which will multiply the cost of it. If you want them though just let me know.

It's kind of hard to get a good picture of the transition because it's smooth so here it is outlined.

Looks great, only issue is it needs to be flat both sides, no orings. Fost mani is an oring seal and so is the cs tb.

Simple enough. Removed the o ring. Shoot me an email address, I'm going to email you a pdf of it that you can cut out to confirm the bolt holes line up properly.

I have a 3d printer too. I can print it out and see how it fits.

So after much debate in my head and test fitting different setups, i think im going to cut the bulkhead fittings down and weld the 3/8 nipples to them. Not sure if i am confident enough in my own tig skills to tackle this on my own so i will probably ask my local machine shop to weld them for me.

Do the bolt holes seem centered good enough?

Yea they seem dead on, my cutting may not have been perfect. Do you have it in a .stl or another format so i can 3d print it and test fit it?

Yea I can shoot you the stl and a step file later. The machine shop will probably want a step file but if they want something else I can send another format.

Well the first one lifted on me and i didnt realize til it was halfway done. I put in a little more forgiving filament and turned the fan off and we will see how the second one does. Sucks having it by the window in winter.

Damn. You should consider building a quick enclosure for it. We've got ultimakers at school and they are able to retain their heat pretty well.

So ive spent way too much time fucking around with my fuel sender trying to get different ways too work that i will be happy and comfortable with.

I even bought some 5/16 steel line to see if i could bend it tight enough. Although it might work, im not risking it. So i puckered up and blew $80 on these two bulkhead fittings that i am sure will work.

They are supposed to be designed for a dsm sender but they will work. -6 one side, 5/16 barb on the other. Ill be glad when this is done.

@AYOUSTIN the holes are just barely off. Now im not sure if the plastic shrinking is enough to cause this bit i kind of doubt it. I think widening it up maybe .25mm or so might do the trick maybe even .5mm.
