I have a 2010 speed3 and my mods now are a cobb sri and tip, and a cobb bpv. Would i be safe to run a corksport large core fmic? Possibly with a tune?

Yes you can. And hands down the best operation of your speed is with a tune. I would also recommend a hpfp upgrade too.

I would get a fuel pump and tune first. Much better gains

Hpfp upgrade for safety, fact that you're asking if it's safe means to me you've probably read just enough to probably know that it's recommended even when just doing an intake on the speeds for true safety. The increased airflow gained from removing the stock air intake can cause you to run lean.
