    Hell no. I still haven't closed on the building. I am in the process of selling some real estate in SD to fund it. That should close end of next week. As soon as it does I can close out here. Then I have about a shit load of work to do to make it a decent place to work out of.

    @SharksInSpace; As for forum action, fair amount in the build threads, yes some in the VIP section, comes in waves if you have questions just ask, sometimes you find neat threads just browsing through the "new posts" tab at least that's what I do on my phone (Tapatalk) if I'm not particularly looking for something

    I've seen your car for sale on CL forever now. You can sell a Speed 3 down here to save your life. I practaly had to give my Gen Pu away to get anyone to bite.
