I hate and I mean HATE VIBES. DM are the best for comfort but it's still viby compared to the comfy oem one.

I hear this all the time. It's sort-of true. On a fully-bolted E30 or so K04, full 3" nets about 10-15whp in certain regions of the powerband but the K04 is still maxed flow-wise at ~330whp. But when I switched from the K04 to a BNR S3, I got stuck at 360whp. I was full 3" catless all the way up to the stock axle-back. Got an exhaust shop to finish out the full 3" and I went from 360whp to 400whp w/ no changes to the tune.

So I netted 40whp going full 3" (and that was just finishing the axleback--was already full 3" to that point). Tuner dialed it back to 380whp for safety.

You know after always reading about how the stock exhaust flows so well and I was thinking that their is no way the stock exhaust can flow so good that it's efficent enough for a big turbo. I have been around and have owned turbo cars for years and when going big turbo you always go at least 3" exhaust to get the benefits of more power and spool time. What type of muffler do you have ? Im going to have to step up my exhaust once BT setup is put on

I totally agree! You said you didn't like the "vibes"? Well guess what it shakes. For me personally I wasn't a fan of the vibrations. Shit gets old real fast. Especially with the A/C on sitting at a light. I couldn't see anything out the rear view mirror.

I don't think you guys understand the amount of vibrations I have. I have an open dump under the car. It vibrates my brain. The jump to VersaTuner is facilitated by the fact of 7500rpms. The AP is a little more difficult to control w/o the tables. I want/need 7500rpms or more so I can take advantage of my turbo. The PMM idea was completely preventative maintenance really.

@Enki that too. Also, they are continually developing for our platform. Cobb has us in pacifying maintenance mode right now.

    Magnaflow 14419
Love it. Flows ~99% of a straight pipe (perforated core design), sounds great, and high-quality (lifetime warranty).

I've got a post in other speed forum about how crappy a flowing exhaust the pu muffler is.

Yep, very similar, but you're 3.5" piping, so a bigger overall case. My case is 4" OD round x 14". The overall length was 20". Exhaust shop chopped off the extra length (maybe down to 16" total) and got it to fit in that small, straight section right in front of the axle on my Pu. Tight, but perfect, fit.

Magnaflow mufflers are great. Seriously. Enki having one make me like mine even more, haha. Dude knows stuff. Lots of stuff.

Yeah I'll be cutting off the excess length with pipe cutter and welding vbands on so I can do weird shit like swap mufflers and go straight pipe easily.

Let's be honest, that is your best bet from what you have mentioned in your first post.
