Could a P2006 Code (Intake Manifold Valve door stuck closed) cause P304 Code (Cylinder 4 misire)?

No Tune. Only aftermarket intake and exhaust.

New Spark Plugs, New coil pack on cylinder 4, Injectors were professionally cleaned at InjectorRX in Texas. New Intake Manifold Module Solenoid and Boost Solenoid replaced.

p2006 code came on after i put the intake manifold back on - in the process of removing it again to check valve door.

Going to also do a compression test.

    Thanks for any feedback

Which brand intake and exhaust? By exhaust you mean down pipe, or further back?

Hopefully oem coil pack. If it's not, boo. Swap it with another cylinder anyway to test.

Custom Performance Intake. Unsure about exhaust its been on there since i bought it 3 years ago-same with intake.

i have tried to swap coil packs. i put a new one on cylinder 4 too. when i initially took spark plugs out #4 was the dirtiest too.

Will send pictures. Also would an exhaust leak cause a misfire? that sounds unlikely right?
