so I have a gen 1 with about 160k miles. I recently replaced the injectors for a misfire.
got a set of injectors reman from eBay (not sure if that's the issue or not)
I replaced intake gasket, tb gasket, pcv valve (oem), oil collector gasket and all new injector seals and also cleaned the valves, egr passage, and throttle plate
car is completely stock. including factory air box , egr, etc.

problem is after doing work. car barely idles and just stalls. if I try to accel it barely revs and falls on its face.
    fuel trims are like -25
all for plugs were straight black black after only a couple minutes of idling (they were new as well)
I have replaced maf with denso part. no change. un plugged air fuel sensor: no change
smoke tested system found leaking intake duct. fixed that: no change
unplugged battery for weeks to try and reset keep alive memory (gave up after awhile lol) no change

I'm running out of ideas, from what I remember I think fuel pressure was ok.
    any ideas?

think so? so even if there is a massive leak the trims are pulling -25 fuel?

A leak is why ltft are -25, normal is +/-5, 7 is okay, 10 you've got a leak go fix it, 15 well shits definitely freaking leaking and so on

Check your PCV hose connections. Because the PCV hose is a one-way valve, you may not be able to find it with that smoke test depending on where the leak is.

Also link where you got those injectors from, if they're garbage injectors you could be having issues there.

If you can get under the car, its easier to give that hose a tug directly on both ends. Mine popped off at an autocross event and baffled me for a week because I was too lazy to put in the manual labor of crawling underneath with a flashlight. With an LTFT that big, it should be pretty obvious if its coming off.

Umm those injectors don't look clean at all, did they send them with any test data or did you have them cleaned? While they do appear to be OEM injectors I wouldn't run them without having them ultrasonic cleaned and flow tested.

they sent with no paperwork. just says they were reman.
it's why I kinda believe it's injectors but what is the chance of all 4 being off.
brand new spark plugs came out looking blacker then black literally In a couple of minutes of trying to idle
    I can't even drive it

Link you sent says they're used, do you have your original injectors still? Can you send them to be cleaned?

Well … not sure this has anything to do with your problem, but perhaps you could check the operation of your throttle body.

Two or so years ago I was having an issue with my MS6 where I’d start it up and it’d smoke out the tailpipe with black smoke, eventually the traction control light would come on and it’d stall.

After much pain and suffering trying to figure it out and replacing a couple of parts I didn’t need to replace, it ended up being the connector to the throttle body. I’m assuming the throttle body wouldn’t open and it was running super rich. The plugs were also blackened.

Maybe you broke that little plastic piece when reinstalling the intake manifold? (If you took it out.) I’ve had two IM’s and have broken both pieces despite trying really hard to be careful after breaking the first one.

pulled intake off. it's not broken the switch above looks like is getting stuck.
only I saw kinda off was the grommet or lock for pcv valve was partially off BUT valve looked like it was in pretty good and never saw smoke from smoke test

waiting to borrow a leak down tester to see what's going on
I did notice cyl 1 2 and 3 looked wet on top piston. like unburnt fuel
piston 4 looked pretty dry not sure if that means anything.
