   cylinder 3 failed leaking thru exhaust valve and cyl 4 moderate thru intake valve
   not so sure that is my issue tho

   Well that makes sense if fuels leaking into exhaust it's not burning the fuel hence rich. Intake valve again incomplete combustion did they do a compression test as well?
