Alright guys I'm having a hell of a time troubleshooting this so I figured I'd make a thread to hopefully get some more input on this.

Last weekend I got a new Bose amp from a local to replace my old dead one. Finally had a radio again and it was great. Installed and drove around and everything was good.

The next day, my car wasn't running right. It'd stutter really bad whenever I would give it any kind of throttle. Cruising and idling seemed fine. I figured it was about time to change the spark plugs anyways, so I went to Orielly and grabbed a fresh set of NGK ILTR6A-8G (Stock heat range) plugs. Checked gap and everything was good. Decided to stretch the coil pack springs as well since I had been meaning to do that for a while. Reinstalled everything and still no dice.

Looking at logs AFRs don't look bad. No knock. Fuel pressure good. Nothing super weird despite getting some heavy stutter during that log.

Working with @Enki for a bit, we decided that my MAFCAL being a little spikey might cause some issues, so I smoothed that all out. Also decided to test with the amp unplugged for shits and giggles since that's the only thing that changed since the install. Tried plugging my EGR back in as well just to see. Still stuttering like a motherfucker with no CELs. Spent a chunk of the night last night looking for vac or boost leaks, but there was nothing that I could find.

I will post logs later today probably after I get home, but unfortunately they don't really tell a whole lot.

If anybody has any ideas as to what this might be I'd appreciate it. Not really sure where to go with this next.

Should probably post the latest log for examination.

After a bunch of troubleshooting and freaking out, I plugged my EGR back in (it has been unplugged for a long time now) and reflashed my tune. After that everything seemed normal again. I haven't unplugged my EGR since, to see if it comes back, but I wonder if it was stuck open a bit or something. Either way, I haven't had any issues since.

If anybody else has any similar funky issues, this is a quick thing to try out.
