I'm at the point of saying I'm done....... I have completely rebuilt my motor, replaced high pressure fuel pump, place fuel rail, injectors, replaced every possible thing I can think of plus adding ground wires and what not. Cranking but not starting, fuel pressure not increasing, and only getting pressure from itfp. Cleaned hpfp and replaced orings, checked grounds, checked voltage, resistance, everything...... No fuel rail pressure like the high pressure fuel pump spill valve is not engaging but I have checked for continuity on spill valve and and voltage to harness and all checks out. BUUUUUT quick question....... If my ECU is ticking when I turn my key to the accessory position, is it possibly my ECU has a short in it and not allowing the ecu to tell the pump to work? I know the "pump" is mechanical and runs off the cam lobe, but you know what im saying.

Sorry to be so short but I'm irritated and I have said a lot of the s*** before, compression is 1:30ish on all cylinders, because I literally just replaced ALL of my valves and replaced all the gaskets. No leaks, no codes, CRANKING, but not starting...... Fuel rail pressure stays 52 and maybe bumps up or drops one or two PSI when cracking....

And yes this is the same car I have the turbo and redid the timing and I'm certain it's in time and everything was done properly....... It had fired off the first time I did the timing but didn't replace the crankshaft friction washers which caused obviously my valves to end up being bent, so long story short on that I ruined my lesson and I made sure everything was done to a t as per the instructions I was given in my other post. So yeah it's been like 8 months and too much money in and to dedicated to give the f*** up but I'm almost at that point..... Sorry for the language as I said I'm irritated lol

******an electrical tick/pulse if you would... That I'm certain shouldn't be there******

Is the plunger/roller there for the HPFP? If it isn't then nothing is going to be hitting the valve to generate pressure in the HPFP. It's a mechanical pump with an electric controlled release valve.

Yes the plunger is there and everything is connected and installed properly. EVERYTHING I could possibly think of, I've checked and rechecked and rechecked and still to no avail have I gotten my fuel rail pressure to increase even a few psi. I have swapped out pumps with different spill valves and have had no change in pressure at all.
