So I have a 2008 Speed3 just finished putting a new engine in the car because the old one had low compression on cylinder 3 and 4 so I decided to replace the engine with a used JDM engine. I finished getting everything together on the car and went to start it after primping the engine, there was CRANK but no start. Checked all my grounds and they’re all grounded. I do have my Cobb monitoring HPFP Act. Press it’s only reading 9 or 12 also the Cobb shows HPFP Sens. VOLT at 0/0 and then HPFP Des. Press 431. Any help is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: so after reading many things on here and watched many YouTube videos. I made a checklist of what to look for
    1. checked all grounds (all looked good)
    2. Checked if I was getting spark (I was getting spark)
    3. Checked my HPFP (looked good)
    4. Checked fuses
    5. Fuel pump

Then I had a buddy get in the car turn the key while I had my ear by the fuel pump but I couldn’t hear anything so I knew it wasn’t priming so I went ahead check the fuses on the passenger side fuse box; It all looked good then checked main fuse box, switched some relays around don’t remember which ones but whatever ones deal with fuel and nothing. Therefore the last thing was the orange Fuse/relay thats 30 AMP that is bolted down with 7mm nuts and I couldn’t tell at first but once I had it up to the light I could tell it was broken. I went to all the Auto part stores till I went a big Autozone store that distributes most parts for northern Virginia and one guy there recognized the fuse and found me a replacement for it. I headed home, swapped the fuse then started up the car with no issue. So the problem was the fuse broke and didn’t let fuel be sent to the HPFP.

Here a photo of the fuse in case someone ever needs a reference

Glad you got it sorted! Thanks for posting an alternative fuse part number as well.
