engine turning off and not holding idle

Hi Guys any idea what this could be? i got a 2006 speed
so i was going 140km and my whole car turned off. then i start it back up and from then on it will turn off unless i give it throttle nonestop. It is not giving any codes on top of this, I replaced the maf and ran it on a scanner which had no change(too which it looked like it was doing what it was meant to) then i unplugged it when it was warm and it held idle badly and same when i plugged it back in after that it made no difference.
I comp tested it 1,2,4cyl were all at 155ish and 3 was 130 im not sure if it is blown or not

any idea what it could be? o thought if it was blown it would atleast hold idle or of made a bang noise

 

if it isnt the engine blown could it be feul?
