Hpfp issue

Ok guys. Odd thing, car runs and drive somewhat with hpfp unplugged and runs very rich with the black smoke and all that shat.. Plug it in and car wants to bog down and die and most of the time won't start. I have swapped the hpfp out twice. Same result out of both. Pulling a cel for intake runner stuck open and of course the fuel pressure regulator I just replaced (probably because hpfp isn't plugged in). I've replaced the intake manifold runner valve and solenoid. All the wiring looks good. New turbo and bov. New fuel rail and injectors, fuel pressure sensor and regulator, hpfp, and fuel pump sock. I'm not understanding it. I don't have a cobb accessport.. I'm to the point I want to sell and be done.. can anybody please help..
