Recently purchased a 2007 MS6. Had some issues but I’ve fixed just about everything. The key fob wouldn’t lock or unlock when I bought it. I replaced the battery in the fob and it worked immediately. Then the next day it doesn’t lock again. I leave my keys in my car. Can this run the battery down in the fob? Also another issue that just popped up randomly is the master window switch will only roll the drivers window down. While the other switches roll there respective windows down. I’m going to mess around with the fuses and see if anything is blown. Going to college in 2 weeks so I need to be able to lock this sucker up. I want to add that it makes a beeping noise when I get out of the car. I also leave the plastic cap thingy in the car.

    1) don't leave keys in car
    2) go to each door. Go to door. Roll down window. Hold 3 down seconds after its down. Then up. Holding again 3 seconds. Repeat and see if master works.

Leaving your keys in the car is always a bad idea.

Also most cars stay "awake" if it is keyless ignition/push button start. That will run the battery down in the fob as well as the 12v battery. Even though you turn the engine/ignition off the car thinks you're still sitting inside of it with the key inside the vehicle.

If Raiders trick for programming the windows/master switch doesn't work then I suggest disconnecting the battery for about 5 minutes and trying again. Sometimes modules can get "logic locked" or lose programming if a battery gets too discharged.

I live in the country and haven’t had to take the keys out of anything but I’ll start trying to do that. I pulled the batter cable and reset everything. I did the earlier mentioned window reset. Now all the windows work and even the auto window switches work. Which they haven’t since I bought it. The car now locks and unlocks properly. Thanks for the help y’all.

Jeez, I've been having some issues with my MPS' locking also. Got her about a month ago, and the trunk just doesn't want to open. Literally opened on each 20th attempt. Up to a point, and then it stopped. I tried dozens of times to lock/unlock the car with the fob, and key, and both, no avail. This eventually must've drained all the fob's battery, because the Lock button wasn't working any longer.
So I change the fob battery, and now whenever I click the Unlock, all doors are unlocked EXCEPT the driver's... Key works for unlocking, but isn't it weird to click the Unlock and have all other doors unlocked, except the one you need. Holding the lock/unlock buttons does raise/lower the windows tho.
And here I am right now, hoping someone would give me some lifehack to get her back to default locking mode. TIA!

Just an FYI for y’all. Be careful not to do the window reset to often. I’ve had to do it because every time I flash a tune it messes with the windows. I currently now I have 2 broken window motors. (One right after the other).
