Legal and awesome and worth every penny. I feel like a broken record with how much I've raved about it but seriously people, this wheel is goddamn fucking fantastic.

Steering wheels are overrated. Most youth now a days just take it off while on the highway while driving.

I would say forget the SSP and go with a full shifter replacement. I've tried multiple SSP configurations and had some type of shifting issue with all. But I've also driven a speed with full replacement and it was the bees knees. Pricey, but worth it if you want a shorter shift. Don't cheap out with an SSP.

Full replacement like TWM, or one of the JBR/COBB/CS replacement shifters? The TWM replaces the whole assembly (baseplate and everything) and is much more pricey, but some folks have had issues with their customer service. TWM costs a lot more too, IIRC, since it replaces so much.

    TWM full replacement rocks!
I had Cobb shifter for some time and its pin eventually ate into OEM base plastic.
Replaced whole thing with TWM and never looked back for last 4 years.
It's definitely not cheap, but on the long run and amount of daily interaction - it's good value.

I guess, by lack of used ones on sale, it's same as CS steering wheel - once you splurge on it, it's only to pry it out from your dead cold hands :D

If you're referring to what I think you are regarding the shifter eating through the reverse lockout tab, JBR includes a metal plate that goes over that section to prevent degradation of the composite material.

    Yep, it's.
Good that someone took care of the issue. Cobb just stopped making them.

Sadly it looks like the asshat that sold me the internals had glued them or something, They have been soaking in gas for 4 days now and are still very much stuck together. He probably did it to hide scoring for the sale... So i will be picking up some corksport hpfp internals as my next purchase. everything else will have to wait.

Obviously was not sold here or on the old forum, right? Because usually scammers end up getting calls to their work's HR department asking about an applicant and if they have failed a drug test there as well as for the new job.

Yeah it was on the old forms, and he was banned shortly after I purchased them. so obviously he did something to someone else as well.

I might try and lightly tap them apart and see if that works... but that's a long shoot

Wow, scamming on the old forum. Sad.

Can you PM me or post who it was? I do not want that scammer on here.
