Was doing a downpipe install today on my car, UPS screwed me by not setting up a pickup at the sorting facility so started working in the heat & I'm pretty sure I fucked up on the install somehow that when I turned on the car well its smoking to hell & I'm trying to figure out where the hell it's coming from. Also I did use quite a lot of Liquid Wrench to get the studs off to install the new ones I ordered. Used a lighter & the top studs are find & once I get to the undercarriage it snuffs itself out slowly. This is tons of fun figuring out.

If it doesnt go away after a heat cycle or two try a long neck lighter. If it flickers near the exhaust flanges, you may have a leak.

I'll drive it tomorrow & see if most of the liquid wrench burns off after the drives. Its just way too much fucking smoke lol. I actually started to check with a longneck lighter & it was turning off near the end of the dp.

Put a shopvac in your tailpipe and set it to blow and then listen for hissing.

I'll do that, just gotta find our shop vac. I was trying to use rags to clog one pipe & put a rag in the other. The exhaust pressure kept pushing them out.
