After searching and finding no reliable info on the 2007 Speed 3 Sport of what speakers are in it I decided to look for myself. I also fixed my window while I was at it but forgot to nab a picture. Here is what the door looks like and it is a 6x8 speaker.

    Remove Panel:
    1. Pop off tweeter , pull from the top left corner , comes off easy.
    2. Remove screw behind door opener handle and behind handle on door.
    3. Pull from the middle bottom of the door to pop the panel off the door.
    4. Lift the panel up and out of the way "undo wiring as well"
    5. Get wild and do sound dampening or just replace the speaker.
    6. If you need to remove the other panel to fix the window being dumb go to the next area.

    Window Issue:
My issue with the driver side window is that it would get out of the tracks when I was rolling it up. I ended up taking the panel in pic 3 off enough to get to the track. There are two bolts in the middle I loosened enough to get blue loctite on then tightened them back. DO NOT fully remove these bolts or you will hate getting them re-aligned "just enough to get loctite on the threads. DO NOT over tighten as I believe it threads into plastic or some crap. Make it nice and snug. Roll the window back up into position then re-attach the panel. You may need to move the window and panel a bit to re-align it but it is not too hard. I did not fully remove the panel full to do any of this just less room to work but undoing all the wires and such would have sucked.

I plan to eventually do some sound dampening and will post that as well.
